It has been a challenge to bring in authentic cultural ways of knowing, doing and being into my various leadership roles. I am reminded of the importance to begin the learning from my own strengths and to be authentic in my words, my actions, and my curiosities. To honour that moment of pause, that space between learning and doing, to reflect on my TELP journey, I made the decision to the readings, the discussions, the case studies to weave a shawl.
