The next TELP BC cohort begins in 2021, completing in July 2022.
The Transformative Educational Leadership Program is fully online, with both synchronous and asynchronous learning throughout the year. The TELP cohort meets in real-time with 5 online weekend retreats on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings between October and May, and the program concludes with a 3-day event in July. Between synchronous sessions, participants will engage in asynchronous online learning throughout the program. This approach provides outstanding opportunities for interaction and collaboration between participants across the program. Participants will address individual and group challenges of system change through the application of an innovation and inquiry framework, coaching opportunities, and access to global thinkers.
TELP BC is ideal for individuals in the British Columbia K – 12 educational system and other connected sectors, who are interested in system transformation. This cohort-based program is for highly-motivated individuals who already have a master’s degree and want to expand their world-view, make new connections, and raise their professional credentials to new levels.
