TELP 2025/26 Application Form

For 2025/2026, we will hold two rounds of admissions.

To be considered for the first round of admissions, applicants should apply by May 31, 2025. Those accepted through early admissions will be notified by the end of June 2025.

If there are spaces still available in the program, further applications will be accepted until July 13, 2025. Those admitted through the second round of admissions will be notified by August 30, 2025.

IMPORTANT: This form can not be saved, you must complete all of the information and attach required documents before you submit. In preparation, please ensure you are ready to submit the following:
- A 600-word statement of intent indicating how you think this program can help you enhance your professional learning and practice. This must be uploaded with your application. Please ensure that your name is included at the top of the first page.
- A current resumé that includes your education, coursework, employment history, volunteer work or other related experience. This must be uploaded with your application.
- Transcripts are required for each post-secondary institution you have attended outside of UBC. UBC transcripts are not required. As TELP is a non-credit program, copies of transcripts are acceptable. Transcript copies can be uploaded with your online application, or sent by email or mail to telp.educ@ubc.ca following submission of your online application.
- Applicants must submit two references able to report on your academic abilities and qualifications. You must submit the name, title, institution and email address for each referee in the online application. When your application is submitted, your referees will receive an automated email requesting their reference and providing instructions on how to submit.

REFERENCES
References are required from referees who are prepared to provide a report on your academic ability and qualifications for completing this program.

Be sure to provide current working email addresses for each referee. When your application is submitted, they will receive an automatic email requesting the reference with instructions on how to submit.

References must be received by June 7, 2025 for early admission, or by July 20, 2025 for the second round of admissions.
